We really liked how fresh it was and the overall taste of the wrap was pretty good. The recipe didn't call for tomatoes but put some in and I think that they really added to the taste of the wrap.
The thing that we didn't like was that it didn't seem like a good meal for a dinner. It would be perfect for a lunch. The recipe says to wrap up the burrito, then grill it on the hot pan. But, if I were to do it again I would grill it quesadilla style. That would make it easier.
Overall, I think we would rate this at a 4.
It was okay but I don't think any of us are dying to have it again.
