It is time

For an update. Yes I know. But what I do not understand is why it takes so long for me to get motivated to do this. Maybe it is because our lives really are not that interesting right now. Or, maybe it is because I am not a fast updater- it takes me forever. Maybe it is both. Nontheless, the time for an update has come.
Last night Kyle and I spoke in the youth fireside that I had mentioned a few weeks previous. I think that it went quite well. We also were asked to speak in Sacrament meeting on Mother's Day. They said that they thought it would be good to have an expecting mother talk. I thought to myself- that sounds that an awful idea! Who wants to listen to a pregant person talk about something that she has never done- plus all of the emotions! And Kyle got another calling, but he told me that I couldn't tell until next week when he gets sustained.

Lately I have been working on my baby projects. In doing this I have relearned how to crochet- thanks to my mom who taught me over the phone. I will post a picture when I am done.
I have been going to help Kyle at work for the past week or two. It has been really fun actually because we have seen each other more lately than we have in the past couple of months. I am not sure about how much I am actually helping because I have gottne slower and we have to stop and eat when we usually wouldn't. But it has been nice and Kyle even said today that it feels like we are dating again! I also go swimming almost every day now. I love the exercise and how I an stretch and feel like I am not huge for awhile. However, I will say that it was pretty weird when I found out that I can't really float on my back like I used to be able to- It takes a lot more work!!
Finally, I hit my 24 week mark last Wednesday. I know that I say this all the time but THIS PREGNANCY IS GOING BY SO FAST!! I can't believe it. On the last appointment that I went to I was 22 weeks and six days. The doctor measured me and said that I was measuring at 24 weeks. I have my glucose test in 2 weeks and was wondering if I would have a better chance of passing it if I ate a lot of sugar the day before or if it would be better if I ate no sugar the day before. I know that I have to got into the appointment fasting, but was wondering about the day before. All you moms, let me know.

Here are the 24 weeks pictures.

I just want to come over and give that belly a hug. My Advice about the test is to just eat normally. I wouldn't want to throw the test one way or the other. Just in case there is a problem. I have so much to talk to you about. I'll just give you a call.

I really don't think It'll matter what you do the day before your glucose test b/c your body is going to react to the glucose however it's supposed to. BUt i just heard it really makes you sick so I wouldn't have a lot of sugar the day before, you might feel really sick! THat's just my opinion. BUt good luck, I'm just glad I don't have to do it.

But a very cute pregnant. This is the cute part. When you start growing out of your maternity clothes thats when it is really not so cute anymore! All in love pand!

You are sooooo skinny everywhere but your belly! So adorable! Don't be like me and gain tons of weight your last two months. It doesn't come off! My baby is almost 6 months old and I still have at least 13 lbs to go. I gained almost 50 total! Do you ever feel like it's weird being out of Rexburg? Good luck with everything!

Speaking as someone who has passed and failed the test, eat less sugar for a day or two before. Don't know if it works but that's what the phlebotomist told me. Cute tummy! Good thing I am too mature to say what you said to me.
